WDFDR does not collect payment merely for submitting a beta request. Availability, acceptance, pickup timing, turnaround, and paid-service launch dates are not guaranteed.

Lake County households may share service interest. Finley 95435 is the initial paid-pilot focus; requests elsewhere may be retained for manual demand review without promising service.

After request review
Invitation-only paid pilot
When paid pilot service is available, WDFDR may invite selected customers whose location, laundry, timing, and current capacity fit the approved pilot.

Paid service begins with selected customers by invitation
WDFDR confirms the price basis, pickup window, and service details before creating an order
Laundry is weighed and any required final-price decision happens before processing continues
Customers receive order-status and delivery updates throughout service

Broader public availability
WDFDR will expand carefully as real service demonstrates dependable quality, local capacity, and sustainable routes.
What this stage means
Additional customers and locations open only when local operating capacity is ready
Qualified recurring local routes may receive the published route-day minimum
Broader access follows successful limited-pilot service rather than a promised launch date
Before submitting a request
Review the published pricing and provide accurate service-address, laundry, scheduling, allergy, and special-handling information. WDFDR uses those details to decide whether it can safely and realistically offer service.
